Little Gems is a registered non-profit organisation providing residential and respite care for children and young adults with physical and learning disabilities. Based in St Andrews, Germiston, we offer a safe, nurturing home where individuals can learn, grow and thrive.

Based in Gauteng and supporting families from South Africa and beyond, Little Gems brings care, education and therapy together around each child or young adult.
